Notting Hill Housing Trust
Notting Hill are one of the largest housing associations in the country owning and/or managing over 19,000 properties. Following a lengthy tendering exercise, Notting Hill has appointed Glazer Delmar to its panel of solicitors with "preferred legal supplier" status in the fields of tenancy and leasehold management. We work closely with Notting Hill staff to develop their "DIY" skills through training, surgeries and, in complex cases, by representation in the courts.

The Carr-Gomm Society
Carr-Gomm is a national charity whose purpose is to house people who are disadvantaged through illness or disability by providing high qualify support and housing services that enables clients to have control over their lives. We advise Carr-Gomm in the London region on all aspects of tenancy management particularly where the tenant has mental health problems.
Cara Irish Housing Association
Cara's core activity is to provide affordable housing and support primarily for Irish people. Although established in 1984 by the Irish community in London, today they operate at a national level. We provide Cara with legal advice and representation on all aspects of tenancy management.
Thames Housing Association
Thames was established in 1967 to provide affordable good quality housing for people on low incomes in housing need. Today, Thames owns and manages over 1,700 properties in 11 south London boroughs housing around 8,000 people. Glazer Delmar assists Thames Housing in implementing its anti-social behaviour policy by advice in DIY cases and representation in more complex ones.

The William Sutton Housing Association
William Sutton Housing Association manages a stock in excess of 15,000 units nationwide. We assist the London region on tenancy management issues and litigation in the county court.

Broomleigh Housing Association
Broomleigh Housing Association was formed in 1992 when, following a successful ballot of its residents, Bromley council transferred its entire housing stock of 14,000 units to a new organisation. Broomleigh has an annual turnover of ?47 million. It is heavily involved in developing and regenerating its existing stock, much of which is owned on long leases. Glazer Delmar works with Broomleigh on service charge recovery and determinations on reasonableness in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal.
Family Housing Association
Family Housing Association owns or manages over 11,000 homes across 30 London boroughs. Our work with Family is mainly handling litigation from maintenance disputes, including defending disrepair actions brought by tenants.

CDS is a specialist RSL dedicated to developing the co-operative housing sector. Their work includes establishing co-ops, training board members, and managing the co-op until it achieves independence. Our work for CDS includes training and handling possession litigation for fully mutual co-ops, a very specialised field.
