Our Professional Fees
Reasonable and transparent
As an established and respected concern, Glazer Delmar know that we must always provide a quality service and try to be transparent about our fees. We appreciate that litigation can be costly and lengthy. However we will always try to keep costs to a minimum and endeavour to keep you informed on a regular basis throughout your proceedings.
Free initial consultation ( 30 minutes)
Our usual hourly rates are as follows:
| A Senior Solicitor | £180.00 per hour |
| An Assistant Solicitor | £150.00 per hour |
| A Caseworker | £140.00 per hour |
Alternatively, we also have a list of fixed fees that we offer for non-litigious matters:
| 1. CHANGE OF NAME DEED (DEED POLL) Approx. | £1500.00 |
| 2. STATUTORY DECLARATION: | £80.00 |
| 3. FIXED FEE INTERVIEW for one hour | |
| (a) Head of Department | £180.00 |
| (b) Assistant Solicitor | £150.00 |
| (c) Caseworker | £140.00 |
| 4. DIVORCE: (undefended - no children/financial issues) | |
| Up to two meetings with a solicitor (of half an hour each) with a full | |
| package of forms and two telephone calls if you require further | |
| assistance. | £350.00 |
| 5. CIVIL PARTNERSHIP DISSOLUTION: | |
| Because of the similarities between the Divorce and Civil | |
| Partnership Dissolution procedures, we are able to offer the exact | |
| same terms, conditions and fixed fee for a straightforward Civil | |
| Partnership Dissolution. | £350.00 |
VAT (At the prevailing rate) will be added to all of these figures.
Charges for other work not listed here will be levelled appropriately.
