Vijaya, also known as “Asha” , joined Glazer Delmar after having practiced for ten years in a medium sized firm in North London as a Family Lawyer . She is an accredited specialist of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law association) as well as a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel.
Asha is conscious of the fact, that during a breakdown of a relationship there is a complex web of laws that the parties are faced with. She specialises in advising clients so that these difficulties can be avoided by carrying out all forms of family work .She is particularly passionate about trying to protect children from the ,sometimes unavoidable, fallout from parental disputes.
She also specialises in financial aspects of relationship breakdown which, in complex cases, can involve substantial assets. Also, as she is well versed in five languages she enjoys working on cases with an international element.
She advocates mediation wherever possible. When mediation is inappropriate, she, as an experienced advocate, takes the time and effort to prepare cases thoroughly for litigation.

In her spare time, Asha enjoys gardening, entertaining and spending time with her daughter.

Fraser has developed solid experience in dealing with all aspects of family law from divorce and its financial consequences through to co-habitation concerns, injunctions and sensitive disputes involving children.

Like Asha, he is committed to resolving differences in a non-confrontational manner through mediation wherever possible. That being said, he is tenacious in representing his clients’ best interests should mediation be deemed unsuitable. Fraser also enjoys conducting his own advocacy.

Fraser handles his work with understanding, tact and pragmatism. He is an approachable and sensible lawyer. He believes that good relations with clients are absolutely critical and best achieved through keeping them fully informed of developments on their cases and by offering them realistic advice at every stage.

In his spare time, Fraser enjoys painting, reading, football, travel and languages.

Jeannette has worked at Glazer Delmar for 6½ years. Prior to coming to work with us Jeannette was a Personal Assistant to the Head of Department of a top ‘Legal 500’ firm for ten years.

Jeannette has primarily undertaken work in the Family Law area for all of her working life. It is an area of law which she enjoys being involved with very much and she has a particular interest in proceedings relating to children.

In her spare time Jeannette likes reading, socialising with friends and travelling.
